Sorry guys, seems like my woeful neglect of the forum continues.


I apologise for not being able to come by and check in, but with things leading up to christmas, everythings a bit hectic at the moment.

Hey, we all understand. We've got lives ourselves and haven't been as active of late. I may be getting a bit more scarce coming up. I have a meeting on monday where I may be offered a job.

I've been hermit-y myself lately. Hitting my limit at work of the amount of bullshit I am willing to take before I crack and go postal. Ever seen a happy-go-lucky easy going people pleasing sort loose it? Not a pretty thought.

But I'm sure I'm not gonna shoot anyone or anything, all I have is a bow that I manage to beat the shit out of myself with more than I manage to hit where I'm aiming, so the world is safe for now...

As usual I've been lurking, reading everything that's posted. I just haven't had the inclination to actually post anything. The whole lack of money and upcoming Xmas presents has me really down. Still trying to figure out what to get/make Moppet. So far I've got nothing. Which is not good. Thing is, my uncle (who is partners in a computer consulting firm) is getting her a used laptop. So her big present of the year is covered. And my parents have gotten her 2 zhu zhu hamsters (aka cat toys). Pretty much everything she wants has been purchased by the grand'rents.

Which is good, but I'm stuck for a present from Santa. Any ideas?

I lurk during the week, but weekends I've got two husbands and a wife to have fun with....so online activity is almost nil.

I'm still around, but not as active as I once was.

I've been lurking but no one has been posting so I doubt people want to see me wallpaper the forum any more then what I already do.

Been doing visa paperwork and work related stuff (I'm applying for a transfer to another department, maybe a step towards detective).

Plus I've got my new laptop now, and have been spending some serious alone time with Borderlands and Mass Effect.

I'll be an IT Tech for one of the local school districts, covering 3 schools in the area. AND it is more money than I was getting at my last job.

Pick up a nice backgammon set or perhaps Monopoly. If you can find a vintage set of Candyland, that's fun too..
