I have a Nook :)
(courtesy of Chris's cousins) and it's filled with books.
Right now I'm on book 4 of the Deathgate Cycle and book 2 of the Southern Vampire Mysteries.
What should I read next? (Once I finish both series in a week or 2)

Courtesy of my income tax return, I have a Libre eBook Pro (made by Aluratek). And thanks to some friends on my 40th birthday, I have over 15000 books and LOTS of fanfic to read. But, I've mainly read fanfic lately.

I can take a look in mine when I get home and see what I have in there for Lend Me books. I know at least Demon High by Lori Devoti is Lendable... And Battle of the Network Zombies, but that is the third in a series...

I don't generally like zombie movies (don't shoot me!) but I've never tried zombie books, worth a try. I do better with scary books than movies, lol. The movies give me nightmares, the books just keep me reading till I get to the happy ending XD

Re: I have a Nook :)
Well, quite a few of the books I read (like Battle of the Network Zombies) don't really have Hollywood Happy Endings.
There are not sparkly vampires that are simply misunderstood souls in most of those. The monsters that are the protagonists are quite often actually monsters that eat humans for food and are not terribly torn up about it.

That said, I do have a selection of books with happier endings... including some paranormal romance. What you call "fluff books" I call the best selling genre for the last four or five generations. Also some of the hardest working authors you'll ever meet.

Not trying to put them down by calling them fluff, I enjoy them, it's nice to not have to think to hard sometimes Just cause they're easy reading and fluffy doesn't mean they're bad

I have a few things that are able to be lent. I haven't read all of them, but you are welcome to try some of them out. Just send me what email address your Nook account is registered to and I can send you one.

What file formats can your Nook support? I have 8 gig of eBooks available to "lend" you.

I keep wanting to read them and not wanting to miss any and so I never started, I'd love to read them though
Also trying to find the Myth Series by Robert Asprin, loved that one so much way back when.

I've sent you the Pterry's and Myth books in two separate e-mails. They're in .rtf format. I hope that's okay.

I only share eBooks that someone already has. In fact, I own the majority of eBooks I have on my eReader. And I'm sure that Heavenly would purchase the books I sent her if she had the resources to do so.
I also don't download music unless I've paid for it. TV shows, however I can legally download since I live in Canada as long as it's aired here.
