the reason you feel sick is cause your body is telling you: i hate running never do that again.

Gonna have to agree, here.

I only run when chasing someone. Never lost a chase yet.

Admittedly there is that moment when you've caught them and you're not sure if you're gonna arrest them or throw up on their shoes...

If you throw up on them, they'll be easier to track.

Or, cuff 'em and then throw up on them, stating "Next time when I tell you to Freeze, you FREEZE!"

Get a hula hoop. Much less likely to make you want to throw up and a LOT more fun to boot. And does really awesome things for your core muscles which helps posture and makes you look all kinds of hawt.
